When will my order arrive?
You want to look good ASAP, we get it. Our team does their best to process your orders same day. Please allow 1-3 days for ordering processing during busier times.
After shipment, our couriers take 3-5 days domestically here in the United States, and 14-21 days internationally. We do not have access to the item once dropped at the shipment facility. Updates reflecting this, on behalf of the shipping carrier, cannot be updated by us once in their system.
Shipping Exclusions
Our international delivery ships to most locations globally. However, due to shipping exemptions, some countries may not be available for shipment.
Therefore, if your selected country is not shown during checkout, we are unable to ship there at the moment.
Will I be able to track my order?
Short answer, yes! Long answer, we expect you to be refreshing your tracking number every, single, hour. We hope you're as excited as we are to see you with our watch!
What if my watch gets damaged during delivery?
Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged during transport, please report the damage to the carrier within 7 days. Transportation damage must also be reported to Seköni Original within 7 days of receiving your order. We're on your side to help here, so please let us know ASAP.
From where are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Denver, CO.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and tax fees is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and the amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.
As much as we'd love to, we cannot control any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Can I get a part of my order if the other items are still in pre-order?
We want to make you whole and happy from the very beginning, so we will not make partial shipments. We will wait for all the products you have ordered to be available before we ship them.
