How to Order

Simply add the timepiece you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page and pick the watch strap you want your watch with, fill in your shipping information (or create an account with us), and enter your payment details.

We recommend that you create an account with us when checking out so your order details can be easily retrieved whenever you require. 

Look for the discount code space in the end of the checkout. The discount will immediately be reflected in your payment total. Please note that we accept only one discount per order.

We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within 1 business days after it is submitted.

Orders made on a business day before 12pm Singapore Standard Time will be processed on the same day. Our Singapore customers will receive their goods the next day (Saturday inclusive). International customers can expect to receive your orders within 1-2 business days, barring any customs delay. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Sekoni Original’s, and the courier’s, control.

Our website automatically detects which country you are in based on your IP address. 

It then selects the most appropriate currency for you. If we support your country's currecny, that is what will be selected. Here are the list of currencies we currently support: Singapore Dollar, United States Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar, British Pounds, Canadian Dollar, Danish Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona.

If your country's currency is not found in this list, your orders will automatically be shown and processed in USD.

Once our Singapore warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. This confirmation process is automated on our backend and usually happens lesser than 5 minutes after you make payment on our website.

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible (contact@sekonioriginal.com). If your order hasn’t reached the fulfilment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it. However, often times we are unable to make these changes because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within 24 hours of being placed.

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), which is processed via Stripe Inc., or PayPal are accepted.

Delivery & Shipping

Express shipping to our selected areas will be free on all purchases above SGD100/USD70. No longer do you have to wait more than a week for your online orders. Our express shipping brings your purchased product to you in 1-3 days, no matter where you are.

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.

Yes! You will receive a unique tracking code once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to the carrier within 7 days. Transportation damage must also be reported to Sekoni Original within 7 days of receiving your order.

All of the orders are being shipped from our Singapore warehouse.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Sekoni Original cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers picking up their orders directly.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you may change your mind, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). For return instructions, please contact our Customer Service at support@sekonioriginal.com

Shipping cost incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund. We offer free 1-2 day express shipping to all purchases above $100 and if you received free shipping for you order, the refund amount will be the full sum paid subtracted by a fixed shipping charge, depending on where you are based. The fixed charge is as stated below:

Singapore- SGD15

Asia- SGD30

Australia- AUD30

Europe- EUR30

North America- USD30

South America- USD35

Rest of the world- USD40


In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

If you would like to request a return for your timepiece, please fill out the form below.

Yes, within 15 days of receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or higher value; we will not refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

Please note that for any exchange, you will be liable for the shipping fee back to our Singapore warehouse and we will cover the shipping fee back. Exchange can only be made once and no further returns/exchanges will be possible thereafter.

We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return. Your refund will reach you approximately 3 to 5 days after that email.

If you have not received an email within two weeks of the date you shipped your return to us, please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist you.

Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will email you instructions about how to pack and ship your item. Once we have received the package, we will process your refund within 7 business days and send you a notification to the email address you provided with your transaction. Expect the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account up to 5-10 days after that point.

Warranty

Your Sekoni Original watch is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via support@sekonioriginal.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.

Please note that all of the goods have to be shipped to Sekoni Original premises by the customer, and the shipping fees are handled by the customer as well. In case of a warranty, the repair and the shipping back of the repaired items are covered by Sekoni Original.

Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.

Please note, your warranty does not cover:

Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and ageing (i.e. scratched case or crystal, alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps). Sekoni Original watches serviced by non-certified repair staff (e.g. for battery replacement, service, or repairs). 

Your warranty receipt should be shipped along with your watch. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty but is available for a reasonable fee.

If your timepiece is damaged in a manner not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team (support@sekonioriginal.com) and arrange an out-of-warranty repair for a reasonable fee.
