Our website automatically detects which country you are in based on your IP address. It then selects the most appropriate currency for you based on your location. 

Here is the list of currencies we currently support:  United States Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar, British Pounds, Canadian Dollar, Danish Krone, Singapore Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona.

If your country's currency is not on this list, your orders will automatically be shown and processed in USD.

Once your payment is processed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.

Yes! You will receive a unique tracking code as soon as we ship your purchase.

We ship worldwide. However, some countries may not be available due to shipping exemptions. Therefore, if the country you select is unavailable during checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

We ship all orders from our headquarters in Denver, CO.

We ship out our orders as promptly as possible; the time it takes for delivery depends on which shipping method you select and your distance from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
We do our best to process your order within 24 hours after payment processing. Remember that couriers do not ship over weekends or local public holidays.
Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside Sekoni Original's and the courier's control.

Your order may be subject to import duties, and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. Contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Sekoni Original cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

We do not make partial shipments and will wait for all the products you have ordered to be available before we ship them.

Returns and exchanges

We understand that you may change your mind, so we offer a 30-day return policy. Please ship us back your order in it's original box, and you will receive a refund once the product arrives at our warehouse. For return instructions, please get in touch with our Customer Service at
In the unlikely event that your return arrives in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

You can exchange your products within 30 days of receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or higher value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

Carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If there is damage to your order during transport, report the damage to the carrier within seven days. Please also notify the transportation damage to us within seven days of receiving your order by emailing

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order is damaged, don't hesitate to contact us at within seven days so we can work with you to correct the issue.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return. Your refund will reach you approximately 3 to 5 days after that email.
If you have not received an email within two weeks of the date you shipped your return to us, please contact Customer Service at with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist you.

We will begin processing your refund within seven business days and send you a notification to the email address you provided with your transaction. Expect the refund to credit the same account you used to make your purchase in 5-10 days.
