Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Sekoni LLC.


This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods directly purchased from Sekoni LLC (the "Physical Good(s)").


What does this limited warranty cover?


This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.


During the Warranty Period, Sekoni LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, Physical Goods or parts of a Physical Good that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


What will we do to correct problems?


While under warranty, Sekoni LLC will either (1) repair the Physical Good at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) offer to exchange the Physical Good for another of equal or greater value.


How long does the coverage last?


The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sekoni LLC is 2 years from the date of purchase.


A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


What does this limited warranty not cover?


This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:


  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage to the Physical Good resulting from negligence
  • Damage of the Physical Good resulting from unauthorized modification(s)
  • Damage caused by a natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Good
  • Battery depletion

What do you have to do?


To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@sekonioriginal.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. In the event repair is needed, the damaged Physical Good(s) will be shipped at Sekoni LLC’s expense.


Consumer Protection


Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
